Grass-fed Meats and Poultry

Our animals are raised on grass and allowed to roam in the fresh air and sunshine.

Beef – Available in 1/4 ($3.99/ lb hanging weight), 1/2 ($3.75/ lb HW), or whole at $3.50/ lb hanging weight, includes butcher cost. Individual beef cuts are available at the farm for pick up year round.

Pork – Available in half at $300 and whole at $600 per pig (usually 250 lbs). Butcher cost are included in the price. Individual pork cuts are ready for your selection at the farm year round.

Lamb – Available seasonally.

Chicken - Fresh chickens are available from the end of April through October. Chickens are processed every other Friday and can be picked up fresh over the weekend or frozen in between. Chicken cuts (breasts, legs, thighs, feet and chicken backs) are now available at the farm only.

Turkeys – (White) Orders for Thanksgiving can be taken at any time. Turkeys are available fresh (only) at Thanksgiving and frozen for Christmas. Pick up is Sun, Mon, and Tues of that week.

Rabbits- Whole are available on order fresh and frozen. Please call ahead.
